Golden Hill is a 49 storey landmark twin tower building with 4 levels of basement, 8 levels of retail, 40 floors of apartments and a rooftop bar on Level 49.
The residential elliptical tower design gives it a very unique form, framing balconies with cladded textured elements. The top of the retail podium provides the base for a landscaped tropical oasis for the residential units, plus glazed skylights allowing natural light penetration to the 8 levels of retail spaces below.
