Brisbane’s iconic Suncorp Plaza received a comprehensive upgrade to meet the Property Council of Australia A-grade standard. The refurbishment included the installation of a modern aluminium clad façade, extensive upgrades to mechanical services, lifts and floor fitouts. A new statement foyer was developed and the ground floor was reinvigorated with a range of amenities, including an a la carte restaurant, coffee shop, newsagency and ATM. Upon completion the building achieved full occupancy.
